I decided to keep the second since they were so well made. Great size for making thin crust pizzas with one batch of dough. I spray with olive oil and dust with corn meal before rolling out the crust. Be sure and pre-bake the crust before adding toppings. Otherwise, the crust will not be done when the toppings are. My crusts take longer to cook than on my large cast iron pizza pan. The HUGE bonus is that these pans fit in my toaster oven too! I even bought extras for my 3 grown children. First time that I put a pizza in the oven (at normal temp and time for a frozen pizza), the pan warped on two sides and no longer sets level on a level surface. My children have not used theirs yet so I am hoping that mine is the only one to warp. Very disappointing. |
