This pan is of good quality, and the graduated lip is convenient, especially if you make your own crusts. You can cover part of the lip with the crust so that none of the sauce or other ingredients placed on top of it escape. The graduated lip does make slicing to the edges a little harder however. Kind of a trade-off.

This is a nice pan and the diameter is 12 inches. However, the lip is a good 1 1/2 inches and the graduation makes this a one use pan. While I know it's a pizza pan it would be nice to be able to use it for things like tater tots or pizza rolls. Less graduation and more cooking space would have made this a five star pan.

I bought this for a pizza pan but it's very nice. I'll probably just keep it as a serving platter. So far it's nice but I haven't had a chance to use it yet.
