This review is from: Fox Run 14-Inch Non-Stick Pizza Crisper (Kitchen) I have always owned crisper pizza pans, and mine are pretty old now...so I thought I would try this affordable new version. Most good ones are at least double this cost. Its built well, has a good non stick surface, but because the holes are HUUUUUGE the pizze bottom gets done too quick and can end up making the pizza too dry. I will fine tune cooking with it for now, but would not purchase it again. This review is from: Fox Run 14-Inch Non-Stick Pizza Crisper (Kitchen) I like to make pizza at home, dressing up a frozen cheese pizza with veggies. By the time I get it "decorated" the crust is often thawing and difficult to slide onto a bare oven rack. Not only does the pizza crisper solve this problem, but it cooks the pizza more slowly and evenly, producing a crisp golden brown crust top and bottom. No more cold veggies and burned bottom. I'll never make another pizza without it.
