The pizza crust cooks nicely on the bottom (no soggy middle!) and slides right out of the pan when done. I once owned 6 of them (big family) but i give one to each kid when they move out of the house. Theyve held up well, no problems with any of them, but if something did happen to them, i would replace them in a heartbeat. So if you like to make homemade pizza, this is the ticket.
