We didn't need "the very best" product available. We needed something that works for us without breaking the bank for a very ordinary product. These pans filled the bill for us and work very well. It works great for pizza. You can even make a frozen pie taste good with a few additional toppings.If you have a similar convection oven, the tabs extend to 14" and will not work in mine. The product description needs to include the full 14" diameter outside. If you use the 3 for 4 and Amazon prime, it's a good deal if your oven is larger. For those looking to find products made in the USA, this is not one of them. For those who like to use frozen pizza dough, buy from Sam's Club. Buy them at the cafe. You can buy 20 "balls" for about 15.00. Each one will make 2 thin hand stretched or 1 thick on these pans. For thin, 350 for 18 min works well on my big gas oven. 400 for 20 (+) min for a thick crust. You can also prebake crusts but too much work for me.
